Civil dialogue and national tradition

The article describes some aspects of national relations in the Russian Federation and a question about the integrative factors providing unity of the people in the Russian Federation and preservation of integrity of the Russian Federation. The author believes that the active national policy answering both inquiries of the present, and national tradition can be developed only in opened and organized expert community civil dialogue.
