Motivational aspect of professional training of designers multimedia

The modern state of university educational system makes motivational activity the central part of faculty job. The importance of motivational activity is determined both by increasing difficulty of cognitive communication in the modern period, and the tendency of shifting the mainstream of teaching to self-maintained teaching. The last version leaves not much tools to boost the effectiveness of teaching. Important factors, increasing and decreasing students’ motivational level are analyzed as communicative phenomena through methods of semiotics and information communicational model. Measures to increase the effectiveness of cognitive communication, targeting the motivation level are proposed. The reasons for increased effectiveness of multimedia materials relatively to traditional forms is disclosed.
