Philosophical problems of the noospherism of secondary documentary information modeling: system and genetic approaches

On the basis of the formulated by V. I. Vernadskiy problem of the study of a living substance, the author discusses the global problem of information in the noospheric context. According to the noospheric concept the information picture of the world is the result of the development of the objective world as a global natural process of formation and blossoming of life and reason, which necessarily is «passing through» all steps (forms) of the matter, including the organic nature, flora, fauna and the Man and Human society: designation of the information objects of the universe. It is emphasized that the property of comprehensiveness, proscopy and transformatism of the information - is the essence of the category of multilevel information picture of the world, picture of knowledge, formed as a global entity. In the article has been revealed that the phenomenon of information is needed in order that the knowledge could be socialized, transformed into a public property (at the same time - the information is not quite adequate incarnation of knowledge but its model). Tracing the system and genetic roots of the idea of universal integration of cosmism, the author reconsidered in this article in an entity the notions of information, information modeling, humanitarian bibliography and their derivatives.
