The question concerning Thayaht’s works in Russia is still insufficiently explored and therefore is of current importance. This article is focused on Ernesto Thayaht’s sketches for Madeleine Vionnet Fashion House in pochoir technique. On graphic documentation and foreign researches of Thayaht contribution to fashion illustration of the 1920’s is considered and analyzed.
