International library and philosophical school as format of scientific communication

The main vectors of the International library and philosophical school’s development since the date of its foundation in 2004 on the basis of Kaliningrad regional research library are explored. The authors analyze the thematic and discipline-related spectrum of research reports represented by universities’ professors and specialists of the largest libraries of the country on the XIII session of the International library and philosophical school, which was held in Kaliningrad within a framework of the XXI Annual conference of Russian Library Association (May 14-20, 2016).
