The main factor of successful performance is the continuity in the pedagogy of historical and methodological
experience as the main components in the practice of musical performance art. The assessment of modern
researchers of wind performance shows that in this musical and pedagogical fi eld there are still many urgent
problems that require their conceptual understanding. Currently, in methodological works there are a number of
issues, revealing the peculiarities of the physiology of the organs of the vocal apparatus of a student with an air
gun during training and performance practices. The subject of the analysis is the correct position of the larynx and
throat during sound formation, as well as the dependence of sound quality on the formation of these organs. The
special attention directed on studying of physiological components in instrumental and vocal type of statement
allowed to reveal and explain a number of the general pedagogical approaches, and also to argue solvency of their
application in the course of training on wind instruments.
