Activization of spectators in theatrical performance

In the space of modern festive culture to a greater extent become relevant «open» performances for the
viewer, where everyone can carry both the role of the viewer and the actor. The presence of actors and spectators
is especially clearly seen in the performances of street theaters, in which, on the one hand, there is a «fracture» of
the design of the theater with the division into the stage and the auditorium, and on the other, the appearance
of an atmosphere that saturates the viewer. If the atmosphere to fi ll the space-the emotional intensity, some form
of a cooperative game (actor and spectator), this atmosphere will infl uence people to contribute to the spiritual
improvement and beautifi cation of the environment and cultural preservation. The author considers the method
of activation on the example of foreign and domestic productions in the modern cultural space. Focusing on the
cultural functions of «open» performances, which become an accompaniment, an addition, a part of life, satisfying
the ideals of individual self-expression, as well as social life.
