Exploring the specificity of the market relations and culture, the author proves that these phenomena are not antipodes; their close relationship with the creation of social benefits, aimed at the improvement of the quality of life and renewal of spiritual values meanings of human existence, which provides a competitive market mechanism, with the active regulatory role of the state, on the basis of the specific forms of entrepreneurship and when using the laws of a healthy environment.
