In this article features of transformation of public system in the conditions of transition to a post-industrial stage of development are considered; the criteria of post-industrial society offered by various Russian and Western sociologists and are given is noted that transition to this type of social development is steadily accompanied by changes of valuable and orientation base, formation of other world outlook basis.
