Volunteer activity in university cultural and educational space

Today volunteer movement is considered as the effective development mechanism of social activity of youth, moral and patriotic education, revival among young people of fundamental cultural wealth. Need of the studying youth for creative and professional implementation, to an involvement in life of society and state, to a leadership finds the practical embodiment in volunteer activities as to the sphere of application of personal forces and abilities enriching the maintenance of life with new meanings. Theoretical reasons for model of the organization of the volunteer activities in educational space of higher education institution providing the realized, purposeful interaction of the personality and society taking into account understanding of an entity of social activity, structure of motives of social activity of the studying youth, specifics of the organization of volunteer activities in higher education institution and conditions of implementation of its social and pedagogical potential are provided as result of a theoretical and empirical research.
