The author of this article refers to the museum s life in France of the 1930 s, to its theory and practice. On the material of the publications in the French periodicals of those years is carried out analysis of the main tendencies of museum work of this period. Thinking about the museum, researchers often concerned the issues and the special architecture. Scientific works of the time also allow you to explore the history of construction in Paris palaces Tokyo and Chaillot and settle in them a number of museums.
