Specifi cs of personal and professional installations of future managers of culture

The article deals with the study of the specifi c characteristics of a new generation of projects and programs managers in
the fi eld of culture and leisure. The aim of the article is the comparative analysis of research results of diff erent years with respect
to motivations and attitudes, contributing to the professional identity of specialists of socio-cultural activities. In the article is
considered the issues of tuition and education of such specialists, as well as the qualities that represent the level of internal
culture of a specialist that is necessary today, where communicative competence plays a special role. The author emphasizes
that there is a person who occupies the center of modernization processes in the sphere of culture and meaningful leisure. That
is why the educational process should be directed towards the assimilation of the internal culture of the modern professional,
which is the basis of professional and personal development of the future manager of social and cultural activities.
