Organizing student education during the pandemic

The author examines the key changes that have occurred in the organization of the activities of the Faculty of Information and Document Communications of the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts during the spread of COVID-19. The article notes the distinctive features of responding to the COVID-19 threat in Belarus. The author names the measures that were taken at the university and at the faculty to ensure compliance with the conditions of distancing in the system of teacher-student relations. In the system of higher education in Belarus, to solve urgent and promising problems of the economy in recent years, the concepts «University 3.0», «Digital University». The article focuses on the potential of information and communication technologies for organizing the educational process in the higher education system.
