Interaction between higher educational institutions and libraries in the pandemic

The results of the work of the Department of Library and Information Resources of VSGIK in the context of the pandemic are summarized. The article describes the educational, research, cultural and educational, expert trajectories of interaction between the department and the libraries of the region in the preparation of students. The main changes that have occurred in the relationship between university teachers and library staff are considered. The features of conducting academic classes, industrial practice and state final certification are described. The problems associated with the need to implement the educational process in a distance format are noted. Special attention is paid to the organization of the admission campaign in 2020, the description of the difficulties in its implementation. The article describes the main research projects that are the result of joint activities of the department and partner libraries – the republican study «The teenager of the digital generation in the context of reading activity», the Olympiad on the information culture of the individual for schoolchildren of grades 5–11.
